Shipping policy



1. Shipping


UNJAPAN can ship to all over the world. If you cannot validate your order on our online store due to your location, please contact us.  

As soon as your purchase is validated, we process and ship your order within a minimum of 24 to 7 working days. All our packages are prepared on site in Uji and are taken care of by carrier.  

UNJAPAN uses EMS for its international shipments. Following the Covid-19 health crisis, we UNJAPAN reserves the right to use another international carrier for certain destinations in order to ensure the smooth running of the shipment within a reasonable timeframe.


2. Tariffs


Pricing for delivery varies depending on the country, size, weight and method of shipping the package. This pricing is clearly indicated after the validation of the reception address as well as the contents of the basket before proceeding to payment. The validation of the basket as well as the reception address will determine the shipping costs due to the weight and the destination.

UNJAPAN reserves the right to ship your order in several shipments in the event of a package that is too large in order to protect the items ordered as much as possible. 


3. Receipt of the package.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number and the name of the carrier of your package is sent. The customer is then responsible for the follow-up of his package via the carrier's platform. In the event of a delay, the customer must get in touch directly with the carrier in his country.


4. Import taxes


You are solely responsible for paying import taxes that may be requested upon receipt of your package. If you refuse to pay this tax, the package will be sent back to us. After inspecting the package, we will inform you about the possibility of refund. This will be the amount of your purchase less shipping and return costs. 


5. Return of goods


For any return or refund please consult our refund policy
